The Headhunter Training Academy is looking for exceptional people to join our industry-leading intensive recruitment training programme.

Who we are: Established by two of the leading search and selection consultancies in the country - Executive Headhunters Ltd and Elliot Marsh Ltd. - The Headhunter Training Academy (HTA) is the UK's foremost training academy dedicated to developing the next generation of headhunters and setting the standards for the rest of the recruitment industry.

We are looking for entry-level and experienced candidates. You will be:

• A recent graduate
• Someone with a background in contingency recruitment
• Someone with sales or commercial experience
• Someone who is looking for a change of career with in-depth knowledge of a particular industry, or
• Someone with management experience who may be suitable for our fast-track programme

You must have the drive, ambition, resilience, strong work ethic and dedication to make it through the intensive 12-week, high level training programme and to be successfully placed with either Executive Headhunters Ltd or Elliot Marsh Ltd. In addition, you will also be:

• articulate and intelligent with the ability to build relationships
• out-going with a dynamic personality
• able to communicate confidently
• tenacious and highly motivated
• driven to achieve targets and goals

Great basic salary plus:

• estimated OTE of between £30k to £40k in your first year - second year earnings could be more than double this!

The training:

Following an initial telephone interview to assess your suitability successful candidates will attend a one-day assessment centre run by the Academy´s dedicated Learning and Development team and some of the biggest names in international recruitment training. Thereafter, you will be placed under the tutelage of an experienced top-level headhunter who will work with you to ensure your new headhunting career gets off to the best possible start.
