Hannah Townson is a sales professional from the leisure & hospitality industry, She graduated from Leeds University with a 2:1 BA (HONS) in Event Management. She gained two years sales experience prior to deciding she wanted to give Headhunting a try. Hannah is one of our most impressive success stories to date! She arranged her first interview within her second week of training and made her first placement within a month. She holds the company record for selling a retained headhunt within 3 months of joining Executive Headhunters which is quicker than a lot of experienced consultants. Hannah will be celebrating her 1st year anniversary with the organisation soon.

David Harrison graduated from the University of Chester in 2010 with a 2:1 in Psychology Bsc (HONS). David has been with the business for just over 12 months and is currently topping the leader boards within Elliot Marsh. He made his first placement within his first few weeks with the business and is now working on a major account using his excellent relationship building skills. David gained a significant amount of sales experience whilst studying and travelling, knowing that he wanted a career as a Headhunter. David is one of the most promising up and coming employees - watch this space to see how David does in 2011!

Tunde Makinde is a qualified Accountant with sales experience who wanted to turn his hand to a career in headhunting. Tunde's high level experience has given him the confidence and experience to deal with senior decision makers within various industries. Tunde actually relocated from London for the opportunity with the Headhunter Training Academy and has made a new life for himself in Manchester.

Andy Ellis is a Geography graduate who had no recruitment or sales experience prior to joining the HTA. He is now Senior Researcher having benefited from 3 months initial recruitment training.

Rebecca Dymond is a Biology graduate and joined the HTA straight from university. She is now a valuable member of the research team managing her own recruitment assignments and has been known to make more than 200 calls in a day!

Kate Gray graduated from the University of Manchester in 2006 which a BSc Hons in Physics. In April 2007 she joined Executive Headhunters as an Account Manager. She was attracted by the autonomy and fast progression that headhunting offered over other graduate schemes. Under Anna's guidance and training she progressed quickly and within a year was promoted to Senior Account Manager. After proving herself in business development she was promoted again to Head of Research in 2009, managing the department. Kate enjoys working on a wide range of projects and every day is different. She is responsible for the delivery of projects brought into the business by the Directors and also proactively brings on her own clients.
